We give you all the tools you need to run a modern collectibles business, in one secure, easy to use place.

For dealers who want a one-stop solution for all of their technology needs. A Collectival account includes e-commerce synchronization tools, cataloging tools, shipping tools, advanced search and sort capability, unlimited storage of item descriptions and collection images, use of Lens, and connectivity to social media and priority phone and email support. If you have an existing web site it will be integrated with your Collectival account. If you don't already have a web site we will set up a basic Collectival-enabled site to get you started. A point-of-sale integration (cash register, receipt printer, and barcode scanner) is available for $50 / month, plus hardware if you don't already own it. All plans include a dedicated on-boarding consultation and on-boarding of your existing data at no extra charge.

We are rare book and manuscript dealers ourselves, and we feel your pain. Before we developed Collectival, we were wasting a ton of time every day doing things which could be – should be – integrated and automated, and pining for some new tools. The systems we and our colleagues were using were just out of date and the e-commerce and inventory management solutions we could find were designed for mass-produced items and lacked essential functionality for the art and collectibles industry.
